A ladder flow vinyasa class is a beautiful, dynamic journey that builds one step at a time, like constructing a graceful, flowing dance. We start slow, introducing each pose with mindful intention, taking three deep breaths to fully settle into the movement and connect with the body. With every breath, the flow unfolds and builds upon itself, layer by layer, until what was once a single movement becomes an intricate, harmonious sequence.
By the end, it transforms into a seamless, rhythmic dance—each transition flowing effortlessly into the next, fueled by the upbeat energy of a carefully curated playlist. It’s a celebration of progress, patience, and rhythm, where the pace picks up and the body begins to move with a joyful fluidity, each moment syncing with the beat of the music. The practice feels like a dance, not only with the body, but with the breath and the energy of the room, creating a sense of unity and flow.

EmpowHER Flow is designed with to empower women by fostering a deep, transformative connection to their bodies, helping them feel confident, strong, and free in their movement. It’s not just about physical fitness—it’s about coming back home to yourself, rediscovering your innate strength and vitality, and reclaiming your personal power. This class focuses on enhancing the wellness and mobility of your whole body, with an emphasis on how you feel rather than how you look, expanding your functional range of movement and nurturing your inner experience.
Each session is carefully crafted to include breath work and meditation, offering a holistic approach to movement and mindfulness. The breath work helps you center and ground yourself, while meditation provides space for mental clarity and emotional release. Practical, purposeful sequences are designed to build strength, balance, stability, and mobility, all while supporting your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Empowher Flow is created specifically for the powerful women at Empowher Fitness, with the intention of helping you feel more confident, connected, and capable in your body. It’s a space where you can honor yourself, cultivate resilience, and celebrate the beauty of your unique journey—every step of the way.

An excellent compliment to any athletic training; whether you are a recreational athlete, elite competitor, a casual active participant, or maybe you just want some time to recover from the stress of everyday life. Classes may include a combination of mindful movements, yin postures, myofascial release techniques, and restorative yoga; all of which help facilitate nervous system down regulation, injury prevention, and enhance tissue recovery.
The goal here is to create space for precious moments of self-care, which allows participants to recharge the batteries and recoup some of the energetic expenditures that we all undertake on a daily basis. Participants are encouraged to minimise their physical effort and shift the focus to exploring and deepening your connection to your body. Less is more for this class!

We offer a variety of classes in different locations that nurture mind, body, and soul. Our classes include Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Myofascial Release, all taught in a safe, supportive space for all.
Warm up with us in this four week pre-registered session of early morning classes. This class is designed to get your body moving so that you leave feeling awake, grounded & inspired for the day ahead!
Cost: $144 for 4 week session
Sweeten up the middle of your week with this nurturing class that will start with a gentle feel good flow, combining movement & breath before slowing down to indulge in more grounding floor stretches. Step back out into the rest of your week feeling relaxed & renewed!
This class will be offered as a 4 week series & will begin on Wednesday, March 5th, Drop-Ins are also welcome.

This community class is open to everyone and is a donation-based class with all cash & food donations going back into our community centre & pantry. All levels of practice welcome - beginners included!
